Note: Signature on Application of Inter-Bank GIRO
Form
- The bank account holder must sign application form furnished
with full details required. Kindly ensure that signature matches
your bank records.
- If you are using your thumbprint, Kindly ensure that thumbprints
are clear.
- All Inter-Bank GIRO applications submitted must be endorsed
with original signatures of bank account holders. Photocopied
applications would be rejected.
Credit Card Payment (Amex/
Visa/ Master)
To pay your MediaRing IDD bills by credit cards,
kindly fill up a form available on the lower portion of your Bill
Statements indicating the types of payment. (VISA, MASTERCARD or
AMEX)
With complete information, sign and send it back
to us with the enclosed pre-paid envelope therein. For enquiries,
